The Huckleberry Holiday Menu! Our final menu of 2011!

It's hard to believe it, but this will be our last menu of 2011!  It's been a wonderful year and we are so grateful for each and every one of our customers.  Thank you all for your support this year.  This week have Christmas on our minds and are offering dishes that will make your holiday just a little more merry!  Let us make your Christmas morning a little easier and your holiday dinner table a little bit sweeter. 

Please place orders by Monday, December 19th at 5:00 p.m. for pick up on Friday, December 23rd.  We will have an open pick up time between 10:00-12:00 or you can schedule a time that would be more convenient for you.  Also, if your order just includes holiday desserts or lunchtime spreads, they can be available for pick up earlier in the week.  Here's what's on our menu this week:

Lunchtime Salads & Spreads:
This week we are offering several varieties of our popular chicken salads and pimento cheeses so that you can have your favorites one more time this year!  Please specify flavor when ordering. All salads and spreads made with mayonnaise can be made with lowfat mayo by request.

Cheesy Baked Grits Soufflé
A savory side dish and a lovely pair to the Sausage-Filled Crepes or Quiche, or both!  A garlic-cheese grits interior, baked until it is puffed and golden brown.

A moist pumpkin spice cake with a cream cheese filling and a streusel topping.

Wake your family up on these chilly mornings with the tempting aroma of  apples and cinnamon filling the house.  A flaky pastry filled with apples, cinnamon, raisons and walnuts.

Sweet cream cheese, brown sugar, mini chocolate chips and toffee chips.  We recommend serving with vanilla wafers, graham crackers or pretzel sticks

That smooth, creamy, and decadent dessert that is a favorite on every holiday table!  We are offering several flavors this year.  Each 10-inch cheesecake is $30.  Please specify flavor when ordering.

Brownie Mosaic Cheesecake
A sinful four-part cheesecake in all of its glory: cookie-crumb crust, creamy cheesecake mixed with fudgy brownies and a chocolate ganache glaze.

A delectable cheesecake for vanilla lovers with specs of vanilla bean throughout the creamy filling.

Time for a break!

We are taking a break....a SPRING BREAK that is! We've decided to take next week off to spend some time with our families while our kids are out of school. Looking forward to seeing our customers for pick-up tonight and Monday and then taking a few days off to catch our breath and hopefully we'll have a little bit of sunshine!
