Weekly Menu for pick up on Thursday, January 26th or Friday, January 27th

It's time for a new weekly menu and you are in for a treat this week!  We are offering some of our very favorite and most popular dishes this week.  You just can't beat our Italian Wedding Soup for dinner on a cold night and our Southwestern Stuffed Peppers are perfect for those looking to eat a little healthier without sacrificing flavor.  In addition to our favorites, we are also offering some new items so, pay close attention to our salads and spreads.  Here's for dinner next week:

Lunchtime Salads & Spreads: (all salads and spreads made with mayonnaise can be made with lowfat mayo by request)

Huckleberry Chicken Salad
A flavor-packed, chicken salad to replace your every-day PB&J kind of lunch. Shredded, roasted chicken combined with almonds, dried cranberries, golden raisins and celery; perfect as a hearty sandwich or a stand-alone salad atop a bed of mixed greens.

The popular flavors of cheddar, bacon and ranch dressing team up with our savory roasted chicken in this tasty lunchtime chicken salad!

Everything’s better with bacon!  Rich smoked cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and a touch of zesty chipotle peppers give this tasty spread a distinct taste.

Italian Wedding Soup
A robust chicken broth with a combination of hearty meatballs, rotisserie chicken, spinach and tender bits of pasta.

The Main Event:
Southwestern Stuffed Peppers
 Lean ground beef, black beans, and brown rice simmered in a southwestern tomato sauce and tucked into an array of colored peppers and topped with a sprinkling of chedddar cheese.  A great low carb option for those looking to eat healthy this week!

Barbecue Chicken Chopped Salad
The Huckleberry Apron’s take on California Pizza Kitchen’s recipe, packed with black beans, corn, cheeses and BBQ chicken on a bed of mixed greens with the addition of fresh herbs and crunchy
jicama for an added punch of flavor. Paired with our homemade herbed-ranch dressing.

Huckleberry Bakery:
Chocolate Éclair Cake
Layers of homemade, vanilla custard, sweet graham cookies and a chocolate-ganache topping.  A favorite with kids and adults alike!

Please place orders by 5:00pm on Monday, January 23rd, via email, text, or phone.  Orders will be available for pick up on Thursday, January 26th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm or by appt earlier in the day OR on Friday, January 27th from 10:00-12:00 or by appt later in the day...please specify preferred pick up time when ordering.
