Lunchtime Salads & Spreads: (all salads and spreads made with mayonnaise can be made with lowfat mayo by request)

Huckleberry Chicken Salad
A flavor-packed, chicken salad to replace your every-day PB&J kind of lunch. Shredded, roasted chicken combined with almonds, dried cranberries, golden raisins and celery; perfect as a hearty sandwich or a stand-alone salad atop a bed of mixed greens.

Buffalo Chicken Salad
A zesty alternative to the run of the mill chicken salad!  Savory roasted chicken, celery, and shredded carrots are tossed together in a not too spicy, creamy buffalo ranch dressing.  All the zip of your favorite buffalo wings without all the mess!  Makes an excellent spread for sandwiches, wraps, and crackers!

Tropical Cream Cheese Spread
Sweet pineapple, crunchy pecans, honey, and a touch of apricot all wrapped up in a creamy spread.  Wonderful on bread and out of this world served as a spread with wheat crackers!

Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Who needs a grill or a bun?  Lean ground beef, cheddar and smoky bacon team up to provide the flavors of your favorite burger in this comforting soup.  A favorite of kids and adults alike!

The Main Event:
Beef Cheddar and Potato Pie
A savory mix of lean ground beef, sweet carrots, creamy cheddar and tender potatoes topped with flaky puffed pastry.  Rich, warm, and comforting!

Lightened Up Chicken Parmesan
No heavy breading and frying here!  We’ve taken tender chicken cutlets, and topped them with a pepperoni marinara and blend of creamy mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Huckleberry Bakery:
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Muffins
These little gems are made with whole wheat flour, rolled oats and dark chocolate chips, and taste just like an oatmeal cookie.  A treat for breakfast or with an afternoon cup of coffee!

Please place orders by 5:00pm on Monday, January 16th, via email, text, or phone.  Orders will be available for pick up on Thursday, January 19th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm or by appt earlier in the day OR on Friday, January 20th from 10:00-12:00 or by appt later in the day...please specify preferred pick up time when ordering.
