Weekly Menu for Thursday, March 8th or Friday, March 9th

Huckleberry Chicken Salad
A flavor-packed, chicken salad to replace your every-day PB&J kind of lunch. Shredded, roasted chicken combined with almonds, dried cranberries, golden raisins and celery; perfect as a hearty sandwich or a stand-alone salad atop a bed of mixed greens.

Pepper Jack Pimento Cheese
This “jacked” up pimento cheese spread comes with a kick; perfect for an afternoon snack or as a meal at lunchtime.

Creamy Potato and Cheese Casserole
A mixture of southern-style potatoes and rich and creamy cheeses; baked to perfection with a crunchy topping.

Crunchy Asian Coleslaw
A fresh and crunchy combination of shredded cabbage and carrots mixed with sliced almonds,sunflower seeds and crumbled Ramen Noodles; accompanied by a sweet and tangy Asian dressing.

The Main Event:
Cheeseburger Macaroni
No need to get out in the heat and fire up the grill tonight!  Macaroni and cheese combined with classic cheeseburger flavors.  This is sure to become a family favorite!

Smoky Smothered Chicken
Flavorful grilled chicken breasts layered with sautéed mushrooms and onions, bacon, and barbecue sauce.  As if that’s not enough, we cover it with a blanket of cheddar and monterey jack cheeses and a sprinkling of green onions.  Pairs well with our creamy potato cheese casserole and asian coleslaw!

Please place orders by 5:00p, Monday, March 5th, via email, text, or phone.  Orders will be available for pick up on Thursday, March 8th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm or by appt earlier in the day OR on Friday, March 9th from 10:00-12:00 or by appt later in the day...please specify preferred pick up time when ordering.
