Huckleberry Chicken Salad

A flavor-packed, chicken salad to replace your every-day PB&J kind of lunch. Shredded, roasted chicken combined with almonds, dried cranberries, golden raisins and celery; perfect as a hearty sandwich or a stand-alone salad atop a bed of mixed greens.

Huckleberry Egg Salad

An egg salad that will dress up your average lunchtime meal.  Our original recipe has a hint of dill and is perfect on your favorite bread or crackers or on a bed of crisp lettuce.

This southwestern dish is a layered combination of rotisserie chicken, corn, black beans and tomatoes layered with a creamy white sauce and sheets of tender lasagna.

Please place orders by 5:00p, Monday, April 9th, via email, text, or phone.  Orders will be available for pick up on Thursday, April 12^th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm or by appt earlier in the day OR on Friday, April 13^th from 10:00-12:00 or by appt later in the day...please specify preferred pick up time when ordering.
